My government is made up of a President(Myself), a Vice President, and a Mayor. I get to choose who the Vice President, and Mayor are. If i am sick or go on vacation the Vice President will take over my job until I come back. I can fire the Vice President and Mayor at anytime I want to but the must have performed poorly, I  cannot just fire them because I want to.

In my community everybody helps each other. If one person has a bad day his or her neighbors(community) will help them. The whole community acts as one person, and everybody helps each other. That is my community.

My utopian street art is creative. People make drawings that look like drop offs. That is my utopian street art.

On my island, everybody can be their self. They can dress how they want to, do activites the way they want to, and they can live how they want to. The island allows you to be completely free and your self.

During the day, my residents a have calm and relaxing day. They live in luxurious houses and are served by robots that are personalized for your needs and wants. The kids on my island, go to school every other day. If they go to school on Monday, then they go to school again on Wednesday. The students that don't go to school on Monday, go to school on Tuesday. There is no school on the weekends. There is money on the island, but all jobs pay the same money which is 1 million dollars a year. There is no excuse for a student to miss school, due to them not having to go to school every day unless they are very ill. A teacher can miss up to a maximum of 10 days a year and they have two weeks of vacation time. At the age of 65 you can retire from your job. It is not required for you to retire from your job, it is your choice.

Set above the turquoise waters of the North Malé Atoll, and under the clear blue skies that span the middle of the Indian Ocean, a flower blooms. This is The Ocean Flower, a marine oasis that sets the new benchmark for luxurious living.

A novel development of 185 water villas in three styles that rise from the ocean like a mirage, residents walk along raised decks and enjoy a plethora of facilities and a natural coral reef as their playground.

Expected to be completed in 2013/2014, each residence takes inspiration from traditional Maldivian architecture with minimalist décor, neutral tones, and floor plans that reflect an open-plan design. Wi-Fi, satellite television, and state-of-the-art appliances are just some of the inclusions within each villa that make The Ocean Flower unprecedented and unparalleled in resort living, masterful design, and pure luxury.

It is the first of five developments in ‘The 5 Lagoons’ master plan, developed by Dutch Docklands Maldives, a joint-venture company between the Government of the Maldives and Dutch Docklands International.

The Ocean Flower is situated in a prime location just a 15-minute boat ride from the international airport and the Maldivian capital of Malé. This special opportunity, is now for sale and presents a fantastic investment with the ability to rent out the residences through a first-class hotel operator—with outstanding potential returns.
